30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window starting the day your order is delivered.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

• Item must be in the same condition you received it: gently used or gently worn is okay.
• Not acceptable: stains, odors (including urine smell), excessive wear, pet hair, or damage.
• Must be in original packaging with proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

If your return doesn’t meet these standards, it may be declined or refunded partially (with sanitation/processing fees applied).

How to Start a Return or Exchange

• Submit a request: Start a Return by visiting the link in your order (Items sent back without approval will not be accepted).
• Label and instructions: If your return is accepted, we’ll send a prepaid shipping label and instructions.

Refunds & Fees

• Processing time: Once received and inspected, approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 10 business days.
